ArtDoodleLove Book - Fibro

In case you can't read it..

Fibro - I can't decide ?

Are you a friend telling me to slow down or a petulant child who stamps it's feet if ignored?

Probably brought on by stress at work but now i'm feeling stressed as I'm off work and under pressure to go back as they are under staffed - lose lose situation really....

Any advice gratefully received xx

Oh Debs, I'm so sorry to hear you are still feeling so rubbish, I'd be asking the same question (as your page) of your employers! SURELY, in the profession they are in, they should have more empathy with those suffering and the MUST know that Fibro flare ups are INCREASED (not decreased) when they put further pressure on you to return to work before you are able. Hang in, try not to allow them to stress you further.

All the best

Oh My Deb, so sorry to hear you are going through a Fibro Flare right now. I agree with Kathy, putting you under stress to get back to work is only serving to increase your stress levels and make matters worse. They should realise this !

I can empathise with you Sweetie. I was recently diagnosed as having Rheumatoid Arthritis - debilitating pain and overwhelming fatigue are a lot for me to come to terms with. Reducing Stress is one of the things my Consultant emphasised to me as it makes it all worse.

I'm so looking forward to seeing you on Friday we can sit together in the 'sickies corner' no pressure to complete everthing - we can leave that to the super-fast Purple Princess ! A little time with lovely friends is what I prescribe to make you feel better Sweetie !

luv

So sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish Debs.

I can't possibly give you any advice but I do love the page. It's very thought provoking and yet the colours and the feel of it are very light given that its such a serious subject.

Looking forward to seeing you Friday. I do hope you'll be feeling well enough to enjoy it.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are feeling so rotten at the moment. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know. you were so kind to me when I felt rubbish.
Soooooo unfair of work to put pressure on you, but typical :-( Try and ignore it the best you can.
Sending hugs xxx
PS. your journal page is ace- colours and design/layout.

I hope everything sorts itself out for you soon and you start to relax a bit. Thanks for your lovely comment on my drawing and have a good weekend
